Hyve statement

Dear Exhibitors, we hope that everything is well for you and your family in such difficult times.

We understand that all of us are concerned with the outspread of COVID-19. These are unprecedented circumstances and we are staying up to date with all developments.
Hyve prioritizes the health, safety and security of our exhibitors, visitors and colleagues. We will be taking all precautionary measures into account, with attention to sanitary measures, in accordance with global health authorities.
Russia has opened for business and is taking unprecedented measures to keep the economy moving and businesses open. The exhibition industry has been granted special permission for business trade shows to take place in the Moscow Region where most of the Hyve Russia events are concentrated. Hyve, along with other professional organizers have held Trade Shows from September 2020 and we have held four successful Trade Shows in Food, Mining, Medical and Pharmaceutical industries with results meeting all expectations.
Encouraging and positive responses from our exhibitors and visitors show that business events are still an important process, are in great demand and are safe. It means that we are starting to see the first steps of healing from the current situation and pushing ourselves to give our valuable clients a very positive and memorable experience even in such unique times.
At Hyve we launched our Covid-19 Taskforce early in 2020 and have been working with major venues, industry associations, health & safety experts, local authorities and event organizers, to monitor the situation globally ever since. Our Customer Commitments are designed to keep our exhibitors, visitors, sponsors and delegates safe whilst doing business.
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has signed a Decree, lifting restrictions on foreigners visa-free Russian entry for short-term business trips. Visa-free Russian entry for short-term business trips is now allowed to foreigners. This applies to holders of diplomatic or service passports from countries with which Russia has visa-free entry agreements.
General health and safety measures will be strictly observed and implemented at the exhibition venue. Visits to Crocus Expo are allowed exclusively with PPE and maintaining social distancing.

We are deeply grateful to our exhibitors and visitors who continue to support us during these times. You make the event possible to begin with, and your support means we can continue to move forward.
